Delta County District Court Administrator Emily DeSalvo was offered the county's administrator position last night after Delta County and Caro, Michigan, City Manger Michael Silverman were unable to agree to a contract. Instead of starting the search over for a new administrator, county chair Pat Johnson says he was willing to offer the position to DeSalvo, who was the board's second choice.
