The Escanaba City Council will meet in executive session at its regular meeting Thursday night to update the council on the Dark Store issue. The city has been in litigation with Menard's over how the Tax Tribunal determined the property values of the store.  Mayor Marc Tall does not expect the issue to be resolved soon. He expects that whoever loses the next ruling will appeal the decision.
