Fewer people headed to work today.  A statewide stay-at-home order took effect just after midnight in an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19 throughout Michigan.  Warning that a million people could need hospital beds, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer says her order for people to stay home will buy time so that hospitals are not overwhelmed.
