The city of Escanaba announced it will be reasserting its easement rights in areas where access is blocked by private landowners.

 

Escanaba City Manager Patrick Jordan says it includes obstructions such as trees, bushes, fences and buildings that prevent city crews from accessing easements for electric, water, storm water and sanitary sewer line work.
