Employees at OSF Healthcare will be required to be vaccinated by the end of September. It includes those at the Escanaba hospital. Chief Operating Officer Mike Cruz says they did not make the decision lightly. But, he says, they have an ethical obligation to be vigilant about the safety of their patients.
