Brian Swift talked about the death of his parents yesterday as he helped to launch the National Alliance to Stop Impaired Driving or NASID. Tom and Barbara Swift were killed in 2013 when a logging truck driver, high on marijuana, ran a red light in Gladstone and crashed into their vehicle.
