The Gladstone School Board extended a quarantine waiver program for another month for those students in contact with someone with COVID-19 but do not test positive for the virus. School Superintendent Jay Kulbertis says about 70 percent of students quarantined attended classes under the waiver program who would have otherwise stayed home.
