The woman accused of running a puppy mill near Rock in 2020 pled no contest yesterday to a felony count of cruelty to 25 or more animals and one misdemeanor count of running an unregistered animal shelter. Acting Delta County Prosecutor Lauren Wickman called it a win for the whole community.
