The Escanaba City Council tonight will consider making South 16th Street at the Upper Elementary School a one way street. The change is to facilitate a new bus lane that is planned for the school. Escanaba School Superintendent Coby Fletcher says they are asking the city to make the street on the west side of the building one way from Ludington Street to 1st Avenue North.
