The teenager convicted of animal cruelty for kicking and abusing a young eagle has been sentenced to 20 days in jail. Zachary Robinette, 18, of Bark River was convicted in May. Acting Delta County Prosecutor Lauren Wickman says he was also fined $3,600 including $1,500 restitution for the bird.
